We're getting ready to plant a church w...How true! We're getting ready to plant a church with our lead planter and his wife. He has served as a youth pastor, a worship pastor at a few "regular" churches plus at a failed church plant. I didn't know them when they were "high impact" planting, but I gotta think that if the lead guy had even half the passion for Jesus as this guy had, the church would still be around. As it turned out, my friends are the only couple whose marriage survived. One of his strengths is that he is what you might call a "relational" pastor. He's just a really humble guy and people are naturally drawn to him. But do you know what people tell him all the time? "We love your wife!" And I gotta agree with them!
