We currently have two interns - one for the summer and one through the end of the year - who are having awesome experiences. They are getting training, but also real hands-on opportunities to serve and lead and really do ministry. They have book assignments, and we bring in guest speakers to teach them. Very cool stuff.
So ... we'd like to have some interns next year too. It's a help to us, but even more a way we can invest in the future of God's Kingdom.
