Poland?!?

I'm leaving today ... for Poland! Last year I spoke at a conference in Kansas City, and there happened to be a Pastor from Poland in the audience. Apparently he liked what I had to say, because he told his American Pastor friend that he would love to have me come and speak at some conferences. Well, his friend happened to be a friend of mine and so he made the connection. A year later and I'm leaving for Poland.

I'll be speaking at the National Youth Convention and the National Pastors/Missionaries Conference. I think I'm the only speaker for both events. I'm pretty sure I'm speaking eleven times in six days. I'll have an interpreter (which I've only done once before).

The whole thing is a bit intimidating for me, for a lot of reasons - I don't really understand my audience, I assume they won't get my humor and pop culture references, can an interpreter keep up with how fast I talk, etc., etc. Plus I hate being away from my family. Soooo ... if you could pray for me, I'd really appreciate it!
