Church Planting Intern

I have a friend in Colorado who is looking for a Church Planting intern. Here's the info:

Church Planting Intern Pueblo West, CO

The Oasis – Christian Church is a 2 ½ year old church looking for a church planting intern. We want to bring someone on staff at The Oasis for 12-18 months and develop them as a Lead Planter with the intention of planting a new church out of The Oasis within 24 months. We will provide 1/3 of the salary and ask the intern to raise the other 2/3 of his salary.

Requirements: A passion for reaching the lost for Christ,
A desire and ability to communicate passionately and creatively
A desire and ability to raise up disciples for Jesus Christ
A willingness and ability to raise support
A willingness to partner with The Oasis to plant a church in Southern
Colorado in the next 24-36 months.

Background information on The Oasis:
We launched October 30, 2006 in Pueblo West, CO. Our community’s population is about 35,000. We are a suburb of Pueblo (8 miles) and Colorado Springs (40 miles). We are currently averaging around 200 in worship and have had 46 baptisms since we opened.
